Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our delivery area.

Shipping cost

All orders receive free standard shipping within our delivery area. No expedited service is offered.

Processing and transit

Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order cutoff and business days

Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM, fixed Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00, Chicago reference). This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday begin the handling period on the next business day.
