Where do you ship?
We deliver to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.
How much is shipping?
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited option is offered.
When will my order arrive?
Handling is 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: an estimated 4–6 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Orders after 7:00 PM fixed CST (GMT−06:00) begin handling on the next business day.
How do I choose a size?
Compare your measurements with the garment chart on the product page. Charts show finished garment measurements, in inches and centimeters. Allow room for your preferred layering fit.
How do I care for corduroy?
Follow the individual care instructions on each product page. Pure cotton and cotton with elastane have different heat and handling considerations.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days after receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Damage, defects and wrong items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
ceedarhaus pays for our mistakes, damage, defects and wrong items. You pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days.
How do I pay?
The checkout provides a card-payment entry point. Rely on the payment result shown when you submit; submitting details by itself does not confirm a payment or accepted order.
